6 weeks after having the twins, I decided it was time to get back into shape! I had never worked out a day in my life, so getting into this was definitely difficult for me! Keeping up with it is ju
st as difficult if not more! It’s so hard to get motivated to work out, but I keep reminding myself that I have to get back to my pre-baby weight!
So I hired a trainer a few days and week and got her to put me on a routine! I also got her to put together exercises which I can do with my babies….so here we go, for your viewing pleasure….working out with twins!
